梅溪湖國際文化藝術中心包括大劇院、小劇院與藝術博物館三大主體功能，以及多功能廳、酒店和各種配套設施，造型猶如一朵朵綻放的芙蓉花，蜿蜒迂回。照明設計的出發點就是抓住建筑的核心內在，建筑所傳達出來的莊麗和流動感，再融合這些感受，通過光傳達給周邊影響到城市，照明理念從流動的形體、虛實相映、能量綻放三個層次進行拓展創意和思考。

梅溪湖音樂噴泉長460米、高30米，通過一條弧線貫穿4個圓形組團，共采用200個三維噴頭、4個大型激光、1000盞LED燈。噴泉可隨著音樂的節奏律動，與絢麗的燈光融合變幻出無窮的水幕。是國內獨具特色的大型音樂噴泉，也是亞洲最大的音樂噴泉。

Meixi lake international culture art center includes three main functions: Grand Theater, small theater and Art Museum, as well as multi-function hall, hotel and various supporting facilities. Its shape is like a blooming hibiscus flower and twists and turns. The starting point of lighting design is to grasp the core of the building, the magnificence and flow of the building, and then integrate these feelings to convey to the surrounding areas and affect the city through the light. The lighting concept expands the creativity and thinking from the three levels of flowing body, virtual reality and energy blooming. Meixi Lake Music Fountain is 460 meters long and 30 meters high. It runs through 4 circular groups through a solitary line and uses 200 three-dimensional nozzles, 4 large lasers and 1,000 LED lamps. The fountain can move with the rhythm of music and blend with gorgeous lights to create endless water curtains. It is a unique large music fountain in China and the largest music fountain in Asia.
